Making white rice and frozen green beans, with fish sauce and chili oil. When done cooking? Cook two eggs in another bowl with fish sauce, and then place on top of rice.

I actually had one egg with the rice, and that was perfect. Then I had a nap.
I should have had an apple.
Instead, I had potato salad, veggies with tsuyu, and 2 biscotti. Then, went back to sleep.
